MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - When firefighters arrived at the nursing home in Tula region on Sunday the fire had spread to over 1,000 square meters, senior spokesman for the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry Viktor Beltsov told Interfax on Monday.
