DEBRA REINGOLD / ARIZONA DAILY STAR 1982 Construction on the new Hillhaven Convalescent Center, near St. Joseph's Hospital, was nearly complete on Nov. 2, 1982. The $3.15 million nursing home was expected to be finished by the end of the year.
