A licensed practical nurse from Waverly was in court this week on drug charges. Lancaster County Sheriff’s deputies arrested her Sept. 25, and she was released the same day after posting a $2,500 bond. On Tuesday, Spoor was charged on suspicion of possession of morphine, oxycodone and propoxyphene.
