Neonatal nurse wins national award (The Capital)


Ms. Briggs, a neonatal intensive care nurse at Anne Arundel Medical Center, told the woman not to move and quickly snapped a photograph. The picture, along with many others that Ms. Briggs shot, were later published in a calendar from the National Association of Nurses.
