Area man earns nursing degree (Muskogee Phoenix)


Bruce Wayne Newton of Tahlequah has earned an Associate in Science in Nursing from Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y. Excelsior is one of the nation’s oldest distance learning and online colleges.
