Nurse quits DPC position (The News Journal)


Karen Stoppel, a whistle-blowing nurse at the Delaware Psychiatric Center who has said DPC administrators retaliated against her for talking publicly about patient abuse and acts of vandalism at the state hospital, resigned from DPC on Friday.
