Kingsport police arrest a man attempting to break into cars


Kingsport police arrested a man after he attempted to break into cars at a Tri-Cities nursing home. Officers responded to Brookhaven Nursing Home in Kingsport late Monday night after the nursing staff reported that an intoxicated man was pulling on door handles in the parking lot.
