The suit accuses a former employee of trying to defraud Medical Facilities of America. One of Virginia's largest nursing home operators has filed a lawsuit against one of its former employees, alleging "bid-rigging" and a "kickback scheme" aimed at defrauding the company of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
