A Sparks Fire captain and local nurse practitioner were arrested Tuesday in southern California on charges of endangering the life of a minor. San Bernardino County authorities say 46-year-old Captain Mark Rumble and 30-year-old nurse Shannon Leasure were using drugs in the Lake Arrowhead area.
