Nursing home owners can call Blanco in Katrina deaths trial
The owners of a suburban nursing home where 35 patients died during Hurricane Katrina's floods can call Gov. Kathleen Blanco as a witness at their trial on negligent homicide charges, a judge ruled Monday.
