career change
Hi, I am looking for a new career. I have been a nurse for 14 years and I am really burned out. Any suggestions? I don't mind staying in the health care field. My background is L&D, postpartum and home health. I would really like some type of work I could do from home.
My suggestion open a courier business. Our long term acute care hospital does not have a lab or blood bank and we use our sister hospitals down the street. Last month our courier bill was 10,000. Or maybe medical transcribing.
I think you should definitely open a courier business. If you incorporate transportation of dangerous goods personnel you can also ship specimens to central labs and make mucho $$$

Thanks for the good suggestions, I had already thought about transcription and coding, but not about a courier business. I'll do some research on that one.
