A nurse from Manchester has received a 5 year caution after being found guilty of falsifying her timesheets. A Panel of the Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) Conduct and Competence Committee found Tracey Unsworth, who at the time was employed as a Temporary Ward Manager at Manchester General Hospital, guilty of misconduct.
