Our View — Nursing homes should be first budget priority


The people of Minnesota have made a commitment to the elderly that we’re not keeping. As representatives of those people, legislators should be doing more to fulfill that commitment and along with the governor are mostly to blame for the abysmal state of nursing home funding.
