STERLING - If you ever get a chance to meet Cookie, the cockatiel, chances are he'll introduce himself. "I'm Cookie," he'll cackle. Cookie's human, Marge Sidowski, of Rock Falls, has been taking him to visit folks at area nursing homes for the past three years, since a friend gave him to her.
