Guilty plea expected from nursing home worker (WNYT Albany)


The nursing home worker accused of holding a pillow over an 85-year-old patient's face, is expected to plead guilty this week to a felony charge. Police say 47-year-old Andrew Thompson, a nursing assistant at Pleasant Valley Infirmary in Argyle, held a pillow over Fabian Vega's face and repeatedly punched it.
