Reports found serious problems in state veterans’ nursing


DENVER (AP) - Reports filed with the federal Veterans Affairs Department show some serious problems at state-run nursing homes for veterans in Colorado last year, including a patient who fell and died at one facility and 42 residents who came down with bed sores at another.
