St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center has been recertified as a "magnet" hospital for the quality of its nursing care. The national American Nurses Credentialing Center, an arm of the American Nurses Association, first gave the designation to St. Joe's in 2002 and has renewed it after an evaluation.
