Lawyer: Nurse accused of stealing morphine could plead guil


The attorney for a 45-year-old former registered nurse at SynergyHealth St. Joseph’s Hospital in the town of Polk facing six felony charges after she admitted taking morphine from hospital supplies to feed her addiction, waived a preliminary hearing for his client in Washington County Circuit Court on Monday.
