A suspect was being questioned Monday about the strangulation of a west suburban nurse who was found over the weekend inside a car on the Eisenhower Expy. Ruth Harrell, 59, was found dead at 1 p.m. Saturday in the passenger seat of a 2005 Nissan Sentra that was abandoned.
