Woman says nursing home negligent after 2004 sexual assault


PROVIDENCE — An 80-year-old woman who was sexually assaulted by a janitor at the South County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is suing the nursing home, saying that when she reported the attack, she was called delusional and shipped to a psychiatric unit, where she was held against her will for 14 days.
