Store owner dies in hospital (2theadvocate.com)


A store owner shot outside his store late Friday has died, police said. Sammy Nguyen, 40, was shot in the head outside of Tranzir Food Mart, at 6223 Greenwell Springs Road, around 8:45 p.m., a witness said. Nguyen was taken to a hospital where he died.
