Executives of the proposed new Children's Memorial Hospital in the Streeterville neighborhood are promising to limit the use of a helipad on the hospital rooftop in a move to appease concerns by neighbors in the tony area east of Michigan Ave., according to a plan submitted last week to the City of Chicago.
