November trial date targeted in slaying of prison nurse, da


The man being held without bond in connection with last summer's shooting of a prison nurse and her four-year-old daughter had two important dates set for hearing motions in his case, and the judge who will preside over the trial indicated he wanted the case brought to a jury by November.
