Cartridge World of Westminster and the Westminster Union Bank have partnered for an ink cartridge recycling program to benefit Carroll Hospital Center. Cartridge World collection bins for empty printer ink cartridges will be located in all 16 Carroll locations of Westminster Union Bank for the community, as well as for businesses and organizations.
