ATLANTIS, Fla. - A woman went to a hospital Friday morning after giving birth to a baby boy and left him with nurses. Two nurses entering work at JFK Medical Center alone saw the woman, described as a teenager, outside the emergency room about 6:45 a.m. She asked if she could abandon her baby there.
