Jury deadlocks over rape charge against nurse (The Spokesma


An Eastern State Hospital nurse was acquitted this morning of indecent liberties with a mental patient but the Spokane County Superior Court jury deadlocked on a related charge of second-degree rape in connection with the alleged sexual assalt last June.
