State hospital's 'treatment mall' (Provo Daily Herald)


The Utah State Hospital has made great strides since 1854, when the mentally ill were sold to the lowest bidder for care-giving services. On Thursday, the hospital unveiled a new state-of-the-art "treatment mall" that offers treatment programs more akin to adult education or college classes than those at a typical mental health hospital.
