Man found outside, taken to hospital (Fargo Forum)


Fargo police took a man to the hospital this morning after he was found lying outside by the door of a home without a coat or shoes. Police received a call at 4:22 a.m. that a man was lying outside in the 700 block of 27th St. N., Sgt. Jeff Skuza.
