State Looking Into Nursing Home Death (News Channel 10)
PROVIDENCE -- The Rhode Island Department of Health has begun an investigation into the death of a Warwick nursing home resident. Officials said they were notified earlier this week by the Kent Regency Center on Commonwealth Avenue.
