It was a gruesome discovery - three suitcases laden with body parts washed up along the Chesapeake. Nearly three years later, a petite mother of two, a reproductive health care nurse who helped infertile women conceive, stands accused of murdering her husband and leaving his dismembered body stuffed in luggage and dumped into the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia.
