Doctor, nurse to be honored at party (Asbury Park Press)


Dr. Caesar P. DelaCruz, a surgeon at Southern Ocean County Hospital in Stafford, and Carolyn Dougan, a registered nurse at the SOCH Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, will be honored next week as Doctor and Nurse of the Year at the Long Beach Island Rotary's Annual Gala Cocktail Party.
