Nursing Home Violations (WSIL 3 Southern Illinois)


WSIL-TV -- Two nursing homes in southern Illinois are facing some serious violations from the Illinois Department of Public Health. The Illinois Veteran's Home in Anna is fined $5,000 after accusations it allowed a resident to leave the facility.
