RAPID CITY - Leslie Warren Kills Small, 28, of Rapid City was found guilty of second-degree rape after a one-day trial on Wednesday in 7th Circuit Court. He was charged with sexually assaulting a woman who was a resident of Beverly Care Center, a nursing home on Mountain View Road, on Sept. 11.
