Nurse pleads guilty to switching drugs meant for nursing ho


WORCESTER, Mass. The U-S Attorney's Office says a 40-year-old nurse has pleaded guilty to switching out painkillers meant for nursing home patients. Michael Paul Smith, of Falmouth, pleaded guilty today in U-S District Court to tampering with consumer products and health care fraud.
