Nurse Charged in Toddler's Death (WCBS 880 New York)


A private duty nurse has been arrested on charges of risk of injury to a minor in the death of a 3-year-old boy in 2005. Orphia S. Wilson, 48, is accused of failing to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation to the East Hartford child, whose diagnosis included chronic respiratory failure and muscular dystrophy, the chief state's attorney said Thursday.
