Union cancels election at hospital (New Haven Register)


-NEW HAVEN — Local 1199 of the Service Employees International Union has withdrawn its petition for a union election at Yale-New Haven Hospital, claiming it has evidence of widespread violations of federal law and a conduct agreement that would make a fair election impossible.
