State Asked To Investigate Nursing Home Death (News Channel
The Rhode Island Department of Health was asked Thursday to investigate a death at a Warwick nursing home. News Channel 10 reported that a patient died at Kent Regency Center and the nursing home's administration alerted the state Health Department.
