RP seeking informal talks with US nursing body, says Brion


MANILA, Philippines -- Labor Secretary Arturo Brion said the Philippine government may open informal talks with the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) to ask for a “flexible implementation” of its policy.
