Plans for new Charity hospital stall due to lack of support


BATON ROUGE, La. -- Plans to spend $300 million in federal hurricane relief aid on the construction of a new charity hospital in New Orleans stalled in the Legislature, failing to garner the needed votes for passage in the House.
