Families of 3 slain sue hospital in release of mental patie


MEDIA, Pa. - A man with a history of mental illness accused of the fatal stabbings of his parents and a neighbor should have been committed when he visited a mental hospital less than three weeks earlier, claims a lawsuit by family members of those slain.
