Hello, help please!
I am currently on placement on CTU and for my assignment we have to do a patient assessment and than reflect on it to see if it was holistic and did it help to build a therapeutic relationship!
Next week I am attending pre-admission clinic to carry out my patient assessment.
This will be my first patient assessment ,advice and tips PLEASE!! 8)
