Doctors Hospital board convenes (Contra Costa Times)


The freshly constituted Joint Powers Authority that will oversee Doctors Medical Center will hold its inaugural board meeting today. The board is made up of four Contra Costa County officials and three from the West Contra Costa Healthcare District, which owns the San Pablo hospital.
