Hospital acknowledges policy breakdown in homeless dumping


LOS ANGELES - A Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center official said Saturday that the group would review its policies about transporting patients in the wake of reports that a hospital van dropped off a paraplegic man on Skid Row.
