DULUTH - A Duluth mother may be charged with child endangerment after police said she left her 14-month-old child in a parked car for a half-hour on one of the coldest days of the year. The toddler was treated at St. Luke's Hospital Saturday for early signs of frostbite. Both the toddler and a 3-year-old sibling were taken into protective custody.
