Cuban nurse defects to the United States (CubaNet)


A nurse who came to Trinidad from Cuba to work has defected to the United States. This is the theory the Cuban embassy in Trinidad has been working on since nurse Jannet Eve Perez-Cardinas disappeared from her work at the Port of Spain General Hospital some six weeks ago.
