Hospital System Avoids Shutdown (Washington Post)


The not-for-profit company that runs the Prince George's County hospital system agreed yesterday to accept the possibility of greater county control over its board of directors in exchange for a $5 million county payment, temporarily staving off a shutdown crisis.
