Sacramento Nursing Home Fined $100,000 over Morphine Death
Posted February 1, 2007 at 11:59 A.M. SACRAMENTO (AP) - The state has fined a Sacramento nursing home $100,000 for giving a massive overdose of morphine to a 74-year-old man who came in with terminal chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
