Looming reductions at state hospital worry some county offi


NORRISTOWN, Pa. - With the last state hospital serving southeastern Pennsylvania set to phase out 70 percent of its patients over the next four years, some county officials fear they will not have enough resources to care for mentally ill patients in the community.
