Smoke evacuates nursing home (Sheboygan Press)


Smoke from a malfunctioning transformer for a heating system caused about 15 people to be briefly evacuated from their rooms Wednesday night at the Meadowview Manor Nursing Home, 3613 S. 13th St., but no injuries were reported, the Sheboygan Fire Department said.
