Wayne County nursing home owes state more than $300,000, co


Wayne County Nursing Home wrongly used taxpayer-funded TennCare money to pay for "excessive and unreasonable" bonuses to employees and other inappropriate expenses, and now owes the state $361,329, the state comptroller’s office said today.
